IFB DISHWASHER
No repaire service at all in warrenty period

We have purchased a IFB Dishwasher. and we have taken extended warrenty for the same. since last six month there is a problem in the product and service man took some part from it for replacement. there was no response after sevral feedback for the same. some other person came and replaced thre parts. the product worked fined only once, and again same problem occured. after complainting servral time some one came for a look and commented that its out of his capacity to repair and his senior will come and do the same. every time after that we complaint we got new complaint number with some odd persons name. here are some complaint numbers 735092, 3158816, 3210466 dated 3/7/09 talked to Tabrez, 3056427 talked to punit, 3339032 4/8/09 rakesh, . and so on. we got some technicians no. Anil 9892267353, Sonali shindhe 9322829977, Montu 9322692083. and these technicians talked so rude to our ladies family member. Mr Montu was rude all the time and was talking like he is doing so favour on us. last conversation with him he replied dont call up again & again. and finally he commented do what ever you can do.

please help us what to do with these people
