Very Poor Service

My dishwasher has been out of order for 3 months now since July. Repeated complaints have elicited poor response. The service company (Sumukha Enterprises, Bangalore) keeps saying they are coming - out of 6 times, they come 1 time and do not fix the issue at hand. The only time I have got a prompt response is when I renew the AMC. The come in 1 day to obtain payment.

I want to have my dishwasher serviced when I log a complaint. The present condition of service is not acceptable.

IFB - You need to do something about this. The number of other 'Poor Service' Complaints on this site should be an eye opener for you. You also need to respond to complaints made on your site.
