IFB: Dish washer (Neptune model)
IFB Customer Service Poor for dish washer in West Bengal (kolkata) region

I have a dish washer manufactured by IFB . It is now in 1-year warrenty period. The machine frequently goes out of order.

The service center of IFB has poor infrastructure. It takes minimum 1-month to back into oreration in most times. The IFB, their service center and technicians do not respond to customers

request and keep unattended for most times. Now my machine is out. The techician came last week but failed to repair. I do not know when the machine will be in operation. No body repond to my compain or reply their next visit to repair.

Hope the buyers will be careful to purchase IFB products in future. I informed their management on the matter but they are also reluctant.
