IFB Dryer
Very Bad & Poor Service

There is a IFB dryer which is under AMC with Elite Services of IFB and some part of that IFB dryer has gone faulty but no one is attending to the complaint since 2 months (Complaint No.284810). I spoke to Mr. Mitesh/Ms. Sonal of IFB on 28470528/32/9370950250 hundred times but he send some stupid technician with no knowledge of trouble shooting and just waste our time by saying that the part which he brought is also faulty. We are feed-up with this kind of service since the machine is installed at Nepeansea Road at our Boss residence. Every single day we are been following up with Elite service (Mr. Michael-32022532) but invain, we have never ever experienced this kind of service from even the normal vendor but if this is happening under the banner of IFB which is very pathetic.

Kindly look into this matter as we are facing a lot of problem.
