IFB Easy Dry 550
Not attending despite several reminders

Dear Sir,

I bought an IFB Easy Dry from Vijay Sales, Ghatkopar (W), Mumbai on 19th July. It took 5 days for your engineer to call on us for installation. The engineer Mr. Shiekh Farhan called from their office at Mumbai -Tel No. 022-25225281/25292309.

While installing the same, he informed my wife that the levelling kit & vent kit need not be installed & in case it is required they would come down any day to do the installation. Since then I have made several calls to the above numbers, but except for assurances that they would turn up the very next day, it is regrettable to inform you that nobody has turned up since then. One Mr. Ramamurthy had called on 1st August & informed that he would come on 3rd August. But till date he has also not turned up. As both of us are employed & we will be available at home only after 4.00 pm, they now say that it is difficullt for them to come after 4.00pm. I think you need to inform your dealers while selling your products about such restriction in timmings whereas we were informed that the engineers would be attending depending on our convenience.

I request you to please make arrangements to redress my grevience within 2 days failing which I will be constrained to take up the matter with the consumer forum.
