i've been reqesting your service center to reset my mechine and the complaint no. is 2601557. so far no one has given any kind of response. when we spoke to the person at tel.# 0422 4387775 we got a very rude reply. i feel it's not a very good exprience when it comes to your service. suggestion is, "please employ more competent people as there are many in india"

. it will do a lot of good for your company of your reputation.
