Wrong Stand & Cove

Recently I purchased a stand & cover for my Washing machine IFB Elena from their franchisee directed by IFB customer care helpline. The service technician by name Mr. Venkat mobile No.9246553899 delivered the stand & cover. While delivery I complained to him that both were of not the right size, since I was in an urgency to go out of station that day, I decided to take up the matter after returning back. Since then I have been contacting the service person, he kept promising me that he shall replace both & never turned up. Now he is not even picking my calls, by this I understood that he had cheated me, I complained to the customer care who have not yet pursued the case & also not providing the complaint no.
