I have purchased IFB-ELENA DX model on 30.08. i got problem on 28.11.2009 of drum rubbing sound with rubber.. i complaint to customer care on 28.11. but till today 02.12. they have not attended my complaint.. and only gives way off committment...

they mention that we provide service with in 24 Hrs...

only for sayyyyy...

Please take action on IFB Service Department...
