Replacement of the front doo

I have purchased IFB washing machine from M/s R.D.Kothari Co., Varanasi presently it is at my home (Mirzapur), My IFB washing machine is duly under AMC .My current AMC number is 3394.As, my washing Machine'sfront door is defective, I had complained for atleast 20 times on the Ph no.9839375428 of Mr. Ravi. Mr. Mayank-Ph. No:9839992441 had a visit at my home 2-3 month back and after inspection he declared that front door becomr defective and need replacementon and also assured me that he will replace it within a week. However, after several telephonic requests, neither he or any other representatives have attended to my problem. Till date, i.e, 30th july 09, we still await for the replacement of the door, due to this we are not able to use the machine.

My problem may kindly be attended in a urgent basis
