Frequent timer failures

IFB Ellite machine timer is not working and we have got it replaced 3 times in 2 years. It is ready for 4 th time replacement. We are fed up with IFB macines and response from your francise. I think they are duping us like any thing by supplying spurious parts. It is shame on your company's part. Is there any responsible person from IFB to take personal interest and replace it on free of cost. It is really a nightmare.
