IFB Executive Elite Washing Machine
Water not drained & spin not functioning

Dear Sir,

I have Executive Elite washing machine Sl. No: WT EX EL B 7890.

Past 10 days machine not working properly. The water after washing is not drained and the spin function is also not performing. I made a oral complaint over phone to Teynampet (chennai) IFB Service Centre 044- 24329701 on 15-06-09.They assured to depute service personnal on 20-06-09.But No one has been deputed.
