Under warranty innitially drain pipe not working and now machine stoped workingm

My ticket no is 3147164 was lodged on 16 june 09 . none attended. after repeated contact with customer care and conserned repair aggency no responce. now buying international brand with good promice of after service is a serious doubt now i decided not to buy any product of ifb
