Non receipt of maturity amount

It is very much regreted that one physically challenged person, unable to speak, did fixed deposit through the agency (code AG9605/1022) of IFB Finance Limited in the year 1996. It is already matured in the year 2001. But the agent (Name: Chanchal Sengupta, M- 9831115597) is not paying him the maturity amount on different plea. Moreover harassing him like anything.

Can we not give serious punishment to the person concerned. Our government is also serious in helping these persons. We all talk too much about the country's progress.

In which society we live in? A physically challenged person who wants to live in spite of his disability but we can't help him.
