Extremely poor after sale service in warranty period, despite of manufacturing defect in the product

Problems in IFB Machine Senater model

I had purchase IFB Washing Machine Senator model in the month of December 27.

2008.

Since this date machine is giving different type of problems. I sent

complaint on this phone no 39004321 at lest 2-3 times in every months.
