Online order 73324 for a ElITE DX washing machine for INR 22200 was ordered on 6.07. 2009 and yet the product has not been delivered, but the payment from my credit card has been done.
Called customer care officeres 5 times since 13.07.2009 and they gave a persons number who is responsible for bangalore region, but not at all picking the call as i had called him more than 10 times since yesterday (13.07.2009)

The next step i can do is to go file FIR as online fradulent, if not answered and product delivered.
