IFB WASHING MACHINE COMPLAINT NOT ATTENDED DURING AMC

I had registered a complaint no. 4362629 dated 8/4 with IFB Appliances for washing machine which is not functioning properly and is under AMC. The complaint is not attended till today i.e. 15/4. It is intentional on part of service vendor/franchise as the AMC is about to expire on 19/4. As my complaint is well within AMC I request that company may please be directed for repair of washing machine well within AMC or after expiry and company may also be asked to pay a compensation for mental harrasment.
