Non functioning of Washing Machine and selling of defective washing machine by company

I had purchased an IFB Machine from MAGIC ELECTRONICS (Mum) PVT. LTD on 17th October. This machine first delivered was defective and did not work. The service centre representative had to be called multiple times by me to just come for the demo. Since the machine was not working, they delivered another machine. Now since January i have been having repeated problems with the washing machine. I have spoken to Mr. Manujanth and Mr. Sharma who called from some service centre. They are not offering any assistance in solving the problem

I believe there is a big racket with the company and the service centre. The service centre representatives are only interested in selling the additives and other material. Today inspite of lodging numerous complaints my washing machine is not working and the company is acting in a totally irresponsible manner.

I shall apprecaite any assistance in getting the machine rectified and claiming damages from the company for mental torture and harassament.
