Annual Maintainance Contract

I have given Annual Maintainence Contract for my IFB Micro-Oven for paying them annual Charges. Now after 1 month, IFB Industries Ltd had taken AMC from me, my Micro-oven has not been functioning. I have registered the complaint with the company one & half month back but they are not repairing my micro oven saying that micro oven was not working at the time of taking AMC.If the micro oven was not working, why have the taken AMC for the faulty machine.By taking AMC, IFB is responsible for repairing the gaget for 1 year. But they are not responding. I have made several calls. But no action has been taken since approx 2 months.
