NON delivery of product

I have a gift voucher of IFB microwave over model no. 17ltr microwave worth rs. 3500/- serial number R.I/IFB/MWO/1020080 1916, it is valid till 31st august.

i got this voucher from Vodafone Essar south Ltd. wher i was working last year. but whenever i am callin on delhi IFB customer care number which is mentioned on back side of the coupon (9312438431/ 9312879974), they are sayinmg that this particular model is out of stock and they can not provide me till futher notice. but after one month this coupon will be expire and i will not get my gift. they should provide me a time frame when they can provide me the product. i have also looged a feedback / complaint on ifb website as well.
