I HAVE PURCHASED WASHINE MACHINE DURING DIWALI. IN THE MONTH OF JANUARY WE HAVE NOTICED PROBLEM AND ON JANUARY 24 I LODGED COMPALAIN THROUGH TOLL FREE NO. AND I HAVE BEEN ASSURED THE SERVICE ENGINEER WILL COME ON 27TH. BUT TILL 30TH NO ENGINEER VISITED. ON 31ST I AGAIN CALLED UP TOLL FREE NO. AND AGAIN I WAS ASSURED THE SAME DAY ENGINEER WILL COME AND SOLVED THE PROBLEM. BUT SAME DAY NO ENGINEER VISITED AND AFTER TWO DAYS ENGINEER CAME AND COULD NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. HE PROMISED TO COME WITH REQUIRED SPARE NEXT DAY.HOWEVER, WE WAITED FOR TWO DAYS AND AGAIN COMPLAIMED TO TOLL FREE NO. BUT INSTEAD OF RECTIFYING MISTAKE I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE THE COMPLAIN WAS CLOSED BY ENGINEER. AGAIN ON 7TH FEBRUARY I LODGE COMPLAIN BUT TILL DATE CALLING UP INCHARGE OF IFB SEVERAL TIMES BUT WITH NO PROGRESS.
I AM SURPRISED WITH THE ATTITUDE OF IFB. IN THE PRESENT CIRCUMSTANCES HOW PATHETIC BEHAVIOUR OF IFB OFFICIAL LEADS TO UNREST AND WHO WILL GOING TO PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCT.
