Complaints are not attended after repeated calls given at the center. 100% it is rectified but temporarily it is adjusted and then once the service engineer steps out of the compound its again the same.
Disgusting service is what stands for IFB - Idiotic Fooling Brands.
We get a complaint no in our cell phone and without even it is attended we get another message saying that the complaint is rectified - surprising?
NO IDEA WHAT TO WRITE AS WE DONE A MISTAKE BY BUYING IFB.
