Defective microwave

I bought a microwave oven with grill, model no.17pgis serial no.27599on 16/1/09.from the day of delivery it did not work because door was not properly aligned after no of calls to ifb call centre and home shop 18.door was fixed, but soon after the roter was not working again after much troubleand umpteen calls both the call centres roter was changed in between i was asked to contact local dealer to send technitian for small troubles.ifeel cheated that defective machine, has been deliverd to me and never to buy any thing from home shop again.
