Recently I have purchased IFB Microwave. Dealer made a request for its installation and demonstration. It is more than 2 Weeks now it has not yet been installed. I have personally lodged my complaints several times on their centralised call centre, but nothing fruitful. Since, IFB have franchised after sales services to third party, it is very diffcult to get after sales service done proper and in time. IFB Management is also not bothered to look into the service area where their franchise partner are able to deliver proper after sales service in time to their consumers or not. If it will be like this then nobody can stop in becoming IFB a HISTORY.
