I had purchasd a microwave on 28.01.09 from Gupta Electronics... I lodged the repair call on 02 FEb 09 2699876... Nobody visitted my home and they have closed the call also. Today also i have logged in the call but not reply...

Kindly take a strict action against IFB. Poor customer service.
