BAD Service- IFB

I have Bought IFB's microwave from Dawar Internernation, Gurgaon. Inspite of lodging so many complaints, the machine is not repaired. They don't have good engineer to repair or provide services.

ILL RESPONSE FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE. NO ONE CARES FOR THE CUSTOMER. NO NUMBER OF THE HIGHER OFFICIALS ARE AVAILABLE ANYWHERE. DEMENDING IMMEDIATE REDRESSAL.

Request if any one can give the no.or mail of higher officials.
