I have lodged a complaint vide ref no. 2151255 on 5.9.08 at 13.45 hrs with the Service Centre of IFB, at Bangalore. The microwave is under warranty and it is just 4 months old!
On 6th Sept, one of the service technicians visited and stated that certain components needs to be replaced (which would be done in the next couple of days). Even after 10 days of my lodging compaint and persistent follow up with the service centre, I am yet to get a resolve to the problems. The Service centre staff has no clue on the timelines to close this complaint.
I fail to understand the the attitute of the biggies like IFB .
towards the customer service.
I would urge through consumercomplaints.com that someone responsible from IFB headquarter understand the concerns and redress the same without any further delay.
