Worst Customer Service

I bought IFB Microwave Oven in March 08 and suddenly it stopped working. I called service center and they sent a service personnel who could not fix the problem even in 3-4 visits.

I suggest not to buy any ifb product as its customer service is horrible. I have logged a complain on 8 December and still the issue remains unresolved despite hundreds of reminders.
