FAILURE OF SANORITA-DX IFB WASHING MACHINE

We have purchased IFB Make Washing machine Model SANOTIRA-DX on 10.01.2009 through R.K.Electronics/Chandanagar/Hyderabad. The machine has become faulty and complaint was lodged on 30.01.2009. the Ticket No.2671358 After repeated reminders Service Engineer Mr. Malleshwar Rao visited on 08.01.09 and after testing found some component to be replaced. On 09.01.09 he came and replaced the component but still the machine is not functioning, now he says Motor is faulty will be attended after consulting his superiors. In this regard we here by inform you that either the motor is to be replaced or the Machine is replaced with a new one since it appears is is a manufacturing defect. As we are facing a lot of difficulty the machine to be restored at the earliest. After sales services are not satisfactory we hope for a better services in future. This helps in your future products sales.

TREAT THIS COMPLAINT VERY SERIOUS AND ARRANGE FOR EARLY DISPOSAL OF THE SAME.
