Pathetic service

I have registered a complaint with IFB service center, 39004321, every time a sweet lady picks up the phone and directs me to perfect cool services the vendor of IFB, i have got around three numbers of their so called customer support managers as well but no one responds, I have lodged a complaint on 16th September, its yet not resolved, once their technician visited and declared that the motor is faulty, which got replaced, the machine wasn't working even than. Now the wiring and the pipe has a problem .and since the parts are not available of a running model, my machine is stuck.

Firstly there is no escalation matrix for the same, you cannot escalate your call to anyone you are at the mercy of these so called technician, who do not understand customer support, you do not get a decent reply from any of these technicians. Is there anyways this could be resolved.
