DEFECTIVE PRODUCT /HORRIBLE SERVICE & RESPONSE

We have been constantly complaining since last2 months for the w/mc. there is lot of unhealthy / strange metal banging noise.

parts like front dispenser panel, front full panel, bottom filter panel, bottom full panel have also been replaced.

we have twice replaced on payment door ring, door lock.

now also position is the same & & no mechanic from ifb has attended the m/c. on 21.jun some one from ifb has verified the complain & had informed us that it is scheduled to be attended on 23.june.

we are very disappointed with the service & defect evaluation capabilities of the mechanics & request the machine to be replaced with out delay
