IFB senator fully automatic washing machine
New Faulty machine not replaced

I have bought an IFB senator 6kg fully automatic front loading machine on 2nd July 09.I get it installed on 10th Aug. as I was out of station. While installation it was found that drier was not working. I placed complaint to replace the machine. Complaint no. is registered with IFB as 3378718. I have been given nos of Ankita Desai (91-9999692170), Monia (91-99534796576) and Mr. Chandol (91-9313991344) to talk in this concern. Monica and Ankita took me casually and didn’t respond as they should do. Mr Chandol never picked the phone. In fact he disconnected and switched off the phone everytime I called him. I called customer care time and again. Customer care executive gave me a no. of Mr. Manish Lodha (91-9312960511), head of service forsouth delhi. His behavior is rude and very insulting. Instead of helping me out he abused and threatened me and harassed me. I was not expecting that kind of response from a personnel of a reputed company. I am feeling very depressed now. I didn't purchase this machine to get insulted by IFB personnel. I wish I would have bought some other customer caring brand. My machine is still not replaced and the older one is not working. Please help me out.
