Hanging and keypad problem of mobile under warrenty

Dear Sir/Madam,

i have purchased my nokia6303c mobile phone having IMEI No. 358281038865907 on dated 23-03. but this mobile has hanging and Keypad problem. i have sent this mobile for service center 4-5 times but i am still facing this problem again and again. Now i am sending this mobile again to Nokia service center, Chandigarh. It is requested to please replace my faulty mobile.
