I called call center18604255678 where mr.manjunahth spoken, for my complaint regarding senorita waching machine.he didnt registered my complaint because he wants my phone number which they registered which i doesnt remember.i couldn't understood why he requires the phone no.

i told him that iam having complaint regarding machine is auto locked and not opening.why and what the company requires to register a complaint.whether the senorita is not their product or they will do free service if iam registered in their records.or they will render their services to said address where they delivered the machine.i could understood what the logic to check their records for regisration of complaints.
