Washing machine repeated issues

I purchased this machine a year back, in last one year most of the key part are changed, now from last 2 month machine is repeatdly having a issue of weight (making loud noise) and not working. I had made a complaint mant times to customer care but they revert back after 4-5 days where they say somebody will visit in 24 hours, after 5 days when engineer visits he will say this part is required which is not in stock it will take 1 week or so (knowing the fact I am in NCR, they don't have stock in NCR).

so in past 2 month my machine was fully dead for 50 days.

I tried reaching out Lucknow, Ghaziabad office but not a good response.

Need help to get this machine replaced. my machine is under warrenty and I had also paid for 4 year extended warrenty.
