Less water sucking for detergent tank

Sir, Water pressure is ok. But machine is sucking less water to fill detergent compartment. A comlaint was lodged 4 days back. One rep. called that he will be comming on monday 2 dec. but no one turned up. Kindly depute ser. engineer at the earliest. Machine was purchased 8 years back is not in AMC.
