Getting lot of sounds

I got this machine on Dec 31' Serial No .94086 Place: Chennai

We are having lot of problems- getting lot of sounds and the machine is jumping like frog and raised almost eight complaints in one month. Complaints # 1851865, 1903407

Nothing is working for us. Every time they are giving wrong information to us.. Very poor customer service. I asked the manager for replacement, he told me that according to the manual, we provide only service in the warranty period not replacement...

Almost four times they have done the service nothing is work out for me.. Kindly let me know whom I need to contact for machine replacement.

This machine would be good, if it is working fine.. about the customer service, it is very very poor. I think third party is taking over the service bit, they are concentrating only on money not service.. Initially they are asking to us to buy the detergent and some other cleaning items.

Is this the way IFB works?
