To the person in incharge,
It is to inform you that we are reguler user of ifb since 10 years.we not very happy with the service you provide with customer care lines.which are open 24/7 but we hardly get response. They are either bussy or on pre recorded message. Most of the time we have to try for hours to register our complaint & Then we end up dealing directly with lucky service centre.
Please kindly concider our inconvinience, & please take necessary action as soon as possible.
