I purchased a washing machine ifb 8061 model from Negina Electrical and Electronics Marathalli Bangalore vide Firm bill no-3310 dated 16 -Aug -09.As per supplier statement the company representative has to come for demo of and installation of machine at my residence within 48 hours of the delivery of the product. It is informed that no one has visited my residence even after 5 days inspite reminding to the supplier for the same. May i request to your company to look into the matter and arrange a person for demo and installation of machine at mine residence on the address quoted on suppler bill.
