IFB WASHING MACHINE
Not Attending to Complaint

I registered a complaint for my IFB washing machine, which is under AMC, on 7-11. But to my surprise no one has attended to the complaint till date. whats more frustrating is that the customer care is least bothered with this and show a laid back attitude. I have contacting the Faridabad service center but no one is willing to listen to the complaint. My complaint no is 2400163. contact no 2255422.
