Epeated failure of machine

I am having a AMC for the machine still every visit of engineer costs me no less that 2000 INR

last time the motor was replaced on friday 12th of december 13th machine broke down again .we informed the representative who came to collect faulty motor on sunday the 14th december.

he promised to be back on monday 15th .since 16th have been calling on the number 081639004321 very time recording my tel number 01125082455 and 09968116057.your answering machine replies in evening that someone will contact between 8 -10 am it replies so in the morning too and in afternoon too. somehow the confidence in IFB is waning
