DEAR SIR

I am sending this complaint from jammu (j&k). My washing machine is under AMC and despite repeated requestes to the customer care centre and my complaint no. is 2535715 no person came to rectify the problem of my washing machine. I have been tracking for the last two months to get my complaint heard but in vain so i am exploring the last option with the hope that some genuine person at the helm of affair will look at my complaint and got my machine repaired.
