When I asked for the belt to be replaced the chennai IFB service center at vadapalani insist that we should

sign an AMC.I said that I do not need an AMC and asked for the part. They refused to sell the spare part and said that they would replace if I pay Rs350 as service charge plus 585 being the cost of spare part namely (Belt). The reason for the complaint is when I talked on the phone the coustmer service operater verified and name the price of the belt as Rs.320.Againg how can a company refuse to supply spares if we can fix it by ourself
