We purchased IFB Top loading Washing machine on 6th February. The service center has not been able to install the machine for last one week. The Service center in Kalyan (W) PIN421301 is the worst ever I found. They have no proper communication nor specific schedule to attend a service call. Can IFB take a note of this and arrange to address our problem and look for closing this service center which is of no use to customers. The service people here are neither competent, nor punctual nor accommodative to customer needs at all.
