We are getting very poor response in your service.

I have AMC for IFB Washing Machine. Our washing machine's motor was failed on 3rd of February 09. A complaint was lodged with Lucknow service centre on the same day on Tel No.0522-4006754, a representative from their franchise Mr. Irfan attended the complaint next day & reported that motor of the machine has failed and will be replaced withih 4 days. But till now motor has not been replaced. We have contacted almost daily with local representatives & Ms. Nidhi (probably office head) on her Mobile no. 09451060879 but till now there is no response from their side. They are promising us again & again to change next day but their next day has not come yet. Nobody has reported..please do something.we are not getting good service.
