Machine not operating for last 42 days inspite of many complaints

Dear Concerned,

Reference to the Complaint No 2799795 dated 7th March' I want to bring to ur notice the pathetic service being provided by your company. Many complaints have been logged from last 42 days at your customer care but till date no proper resolution has been provided.

Pls get the same resolved in next 24 hours or I will be forced to go to Consumer court. I have contact numbers of Mr Hemant Arora who is so busy that he cannot attend any of the calls. Today I have spoken to ur Executive who has given contact no of Mr Gurinderjit Singh saying that he will finally get the problem resolved (The thermostat in the machine is not working- same was working when the complaint was logged for the first time but after ur engineers visit it is not working). This machine is under AMC and so the company is least bothered as they have already taken the amount in advance.

For ur information I have kept record of all the complaints and it will be difficult for the company to pay the damages.

Hope the things will be resolved on priority basis which is expected from a good company.
