Cloths are not geeting dry

My machine is under waranty, when the cloths are extracted from the machine after wash, they are very wet. but ideally they should be realtily dry. Its dificult to get in touch with the customer care person as they do not answer the call. Please help me my number is 022 - 97026 97000
