Poor response from service provide

I have been using IFB washing machine model T2900 for over two decades. I am holding valid service contract with "Global Enterprises"On 30th April my machine broke down with some serious fault. I contacted the abovementioned vendor on the same day & registered my complaint. The complaint number is 2981365.Since then no one has attended my complaint. We made several attempts to contact head of the franchiese but went in vain. Me & my wife both are senior citizens cant labourous job of washing cloths because of our age. We request you to instruct the company officials to look into the matter at the earliest.
