No response from Service End

We got a IFB Washing machine on January 09, after the procurement of machine, during the demo the service man replies that the water should come atleast from an height of 20 feet. so even after six month we re not able to run the machine and it is ideal in our home, no response there after from customer service even after lodging the complaint two months ago.
