IFB Washing machine not working, no service since 1 month

We have been having a problem with our washing machine (IFB T2900) DX) since over a month, the moment we start the machine the mains trip.

In fact our very first complaint was on 30th April mentioning the same and telling them that this almost led to a short circuit at home.

Complaint No.: 2979065.

We have then followed up on the same complaint no. several times over the last 1 month (as per my calculations I must have called at least 50-60 times).

I have called the Call Center and have been ridiculed by the staff on duty who find it amusing that a person would call up so many times for the repair of a washing machine.

I have the no. of the Service Center here in Andheri (East), Mumbai, some Perfect Cool servicesI get reassured with every phone call that things would get better by that evening but in vain and have still not yet get the same fixed.

Finally the home has been visited by 3 so-called technicians but with no luck.

Each one has a different diagnosis of the problem with no luck.

I have also been contacting the IFB office in Mumbai directly but no help either from them.

Am thoroughly fed up with the pathetic service and response from IFB.

I have decided to buy a new washing machine soon but not before teaching these guys a lesson for sure.

Its been 23 days of sheer torture and humiliation for me.
