IFB WASHING MACHINE
Door lock broken

I have a senorita DX washing machine still under warranty. On 13/6/09 the door got jammed with the clothes inside. On calling customer care, a technician came and opened the machine and removed the door. He said that the lock has to be replaced and he will bring the same the next day. Till today (18/6/09) nobody has turned up. Everyday I keep calling- they are very rude on the phone and everyday they keep asking details as if it is a new complaint. They say stock is not there- it will come tomorrow (tomorrow never comes!)
